
During the checkout process you will be offered two shipping options:
You will be emailed a tracking number for either option so that you will always know where your parcel is and when it is going to arrive.
We ship our parcels via Royal Mail or Parcel Force in either:
If you feel your parcel is late, we advise that you visit your local Royal Mail sorting office, as "while you were out" cards are rarely left. We get a lot of parcels returned to us due to them not being collected from the sorting office.
We will do everything we can to ship your order as fast as possible so that it arrives on time. However we cannot offer any compensation for late or non delivery no matter the cause or reason. If your order is late please contact us and we will locate your parcel for you.
When you place an order on our website it is usually in stock and ready to be shipped to you. However due to human error and general inventory mistakes, we may contact you to offer an alternative. If no alternative is available, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified via email or phone.
Any notification of non-delivery must be received within 30 days of the original order date. After this time the order will be deemed complete and closed.
Find my gift will accept return requests for up to 7 days from the day you receive your order. You can request a return from your account. The cost of return is down to you the buyer. The item must be returned as received with all packaging and in a saleable condition.
Refunds will include the product price and the cost of our standard shipping option (if purchased). Any express or priority shipping will not be refunded. No shipping will be refunded if you cancel your order prior to receipt.
Any items returned to us outside of our returns procedure may incure delays. Where we are unable to identify the sender of the item, after 30 days the goods will be disposed of at our discretion after which point no negotiations will be entered into.
You can cancel an order at anytime, however the process differs depending on when you cancel. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we will issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel, we will issue a refund of the product price only, once it has been returned to us in line with our returns procedure.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
